Sheffield City Council has won the second PATROL Annual Report Award, which promotes best practice among councils in the production of parking annual reports. Entries were judged against a framework including: presentation, local context, customer service, performance, statistics and finance.
The shortlist for this year’s award was announced at the British Parking Awards in March and included the following councils:
