We’d scrap RTPs say Scots Tories

The Scottish Conservatives would scrap the country’s Regional Transport Partnerships if they win power in the election on 5 May. The party says its top transport priority is the Forth Replacement Crossing and the number two priority is the Aberdeen Western Peripheral Route. The Tories would require council road maintenance to be put out to competitive tender. The party would also raise the age for concessionary bus passes from 60 to 65....
