South Thames College is launching a 'Civil Enforcement Academy' to provide training and skills assessment for parking managers and supervisors, civil enforcement officers, bailiffs and back office personnel involved in parking and enforcement.
The academy, which will be officially launched at Parkex, is claimed to be the first to be offered by a Further Education establishment.
