Land owners can penalise people who park on their land under a new digital photo-based system called FlashPark launched by Vehicle Control Solutions.
The system, which operates under the law of trespassing, allows land owners to issue parking tickets its new website — www.flashpark.co.uk
The system has six stages:
The car park owner creates an online account
Warning signs are displayed
Offending vehicles are photographed
