Parking and enforcement software developer Unity5 Group has appointed Nicolina Cooper as managing director for the public sector.

Cooper joins Unity5 as a full-time member of the senior leadership team. She will lead a dedicated team that will be focussed on customer engagement and elevating the company’s product local government services roadmap. Unity5’s local authority base, significantly expanded following the 2025 acquisition of Chipside.
