The number of public chargepoints available to electric vehicle drivers in the UK now stands at 84,218 across 41,979 locations.
Last month, 1,849 net new charging devices were added to the Zapmap database.
July was a particularly strong month for slow powered chargers (1,563 net new) due to several on-street projects coming through. This is reflected in a higher than usual increase in the number of charging locations reported by the chargepoint mapping service.
