Source-EV, a new chargepoint operator jointly backed by TotalEnergies and SSE, has opened its first ultra-fast charging site in Edinburgh.
The two companies signed an agreement in July 2024 to create a joint venture with the aim of launching a major player in electric vehicle charging in the UK and Ireland. They agreed to deploy 300 ultra-rapid charging sites across both countries.
