The London Borough of Hounslow is proposing to introduce emissions-based parking charges for on- and off-street parking, and parking charges in Hounslow town centres on Sundays.
Hounslow already has an emissions-based element in residential parking permits, with a £50 diesel levy and free permits for lower emission vehicles.
