A proposed new orbital passenger rail service in west London is likely to be delayed for years because of TfL’s financial problems.
The West London Orbital (WLO) project will make use of existing lines, some of them freight-only, to establish passenger services between Hounslow and West Hampstead/Hendon on the Midland Main Line, via Acton Central and a new station at Old Oak Common.
