Sir Brian Souter will step down as chairman of Stagecoach Group at the end of this month. Current non-executive director Ray O’Toole will replace him. Souter, who co-founded Stagecoach with his sister Anne Gloag in the 1980s, will remain on Stagecoach’s board as a non-executive director. Dame Anne Gloag is to retire from her position as a non-executive director.
