Ctl Beds rethinks highways contract

Central Bedfordshire Council is to procure a new form of contract for the delivery of highway services from April 2016. The council currently employs Amey, via a managing agent contract (MAC), for highways services but the council describes the new contract, beginning in April 2016, as a ‘term maintenance contract plus’ (TMC+).
