ORR welcomes record punctuality levels

The Office of Rail Regulation has welcomed increased levels of punctuality and passenger satisfaction and Network Rail taking on the challenges of the next five years. The results of the National rail review and Network Rail monitor covering the third quarter of 2008-09, were out last week.
