EVENT UPDATE: THE SAFETY OF OUR DELEGATES, SPEAKERS, EXHIBITORS AND STAFF IS OUR TOP PRIORITY

Since the COVID-19 outbreak, we have been working hard to ensure we can operate events safely and that you and your colleagues have the confidence to be able to attend

08 September 2019

Landor LINKS follows the Government's advice strictly. Spacing, guidelines and delegate numbers are subject to change, as are local lock-downs and a variety of issues out with our control. We commit to keeping you informed every step of the way before the event, and will be on-hand to guide on the day. View our attendee terms and conditions.

We look forward to welcoming you to our next event

Social distancing

  • All the rooms we use for our events have strict social distancing measures and clear guidance within the venue.?

  • For extra security we will only run events with no more than 10% below maximum capacity.?

  • All venues where we host events have effective Track and Trace systems. Signing in and out is mandatory.?

  • Venues do insist masks are worn in communal spaces, however these may be removed in our designated event zones and break rooms where beverages are consumed.?

  • Delegate seating will be spaced as per Government advice at the time of the event.?

Hygiene & cleanliness

  • We only choose venues with superior cleaning procedures and that also provide a high level of hand sanitiser dispensers.?

  • All programmes are contained within the badges collected upon arrival and are worn around the neck to avoid cross contamination or unnecessary contact with surfaces.?

  • Our presenters are all spaced 2 metres apart, with individual microphones that are sanitised between sessions.?

  • Exhibition stands are spaced far apart, allowing networking and discussion without any bottlenecks or crowded zones.?

Contact-free catering

  • Food and drinks prepared on-site will be boxed and poured in advance, by venue staff in full Personal Protective equipment that is replaced after every serving.?

  • Recyclable, yet disposable, cutlery and cups will be provided.
