Customer Service Representatives working on Greater Manchester’s Metrolink network are to be equipped with body-worn video cameras.
The cameras will be used to support CSRs in their day-to-day work, which includes revenue protection, security and customer care. They are already being worn by TravelSafe Officers, Metrolink’s security team.
