Japanese business Outsourcing Inc has acquired UK civil enforcement agency JBW Group and its sister company Case Dynamics in a deal valued at over £24m.

Jamie Waller, founder and CEO of JBW, will remain a shareholder of the business and will become group chairman. JBW provides debt enforcement and data analytics services to government agencies in the UK. It was founded in 2004, employs over 100 people and operates from two locations in the UK.
