Plans have been to convert an 85-space car park in Peterborough into flats have been submitted to the borough council.
Retail development company Unex Group wants to build 48 flats at the Brook Street NCP car park in the city centre.
The six-floor building would feature 14 one-bedroom flats, 21 two-bedroom flats and six three-bedroom flats, with 73 parking spaces.
There would be a retail unit with a frontage on to Brook Street.
