The UK’s journey to mainstream adoption of electric cars is accelerating fast, with annual EV sales surging tenfold in the wake of the COVID pandemic, says Volkswagen Financial Services UK.
The car finance specialist reports that annual finance cases for all forms of electric vehicles (BEV, PHEV and HEV) surged 1,062% between July 2019 and July 2022.
