The UK government has published an online toolkit offering advice to local authorities on planning and taking measures to reduce carbon emissions from transport.

Transport Decarbonisation Plan recognised the role local areas and regions have in reducing emissions from transport. As part of the plan the Department for Transport (DfT) committed to support this work by publishing a toolkit for local authorities.
