Research consultancies TRL and Transport & Travel Research are discussing a formal partnership agreement. Although TRL has 500 staff and is significantly larger than TTR, which has 26, TTR’s experience in areas such as freight would enable the organisations to offer a broader range of expertise, and strengthen TRL’s capabilities in areas where their services overlap.
