Macquarie revives old names for soon to be acquired London business

Australia’s Macquarie Bank is to restore the brand names that its soon to be acquired London bus operations carried prior to their acquisition by Stagecoach.

On completion of the sale, the two companies that make up the London operation will revert to the East London and Selkent names, complete with logos,  carried by the businesses prior to their privatisation in 1994.

Already the Perth-based group has begun to remove Stagecoach  branding from the fleet and the first vehicles...
