Catering Good news for those in First Class on state-owned train operator East Coast - fresh milk is back on the menu!

Over the last year we heard many tales of cost cutting at the then National?Express-owned franchise. From smaller packets of biscuits to cheaper tea and coffee, the days of the classy GNER service were clearly at an end. The final crunch came when pots of UHT milk replaced the fresh alternative, creating uproar amongst regulars.
