After seeing a rising number of questions from our clients who have been successful on Round 2 Levelling Up Funding, Project Centre is hosting a webinar to connect them with project managers from Round 1 who are steaming ahead with their schemes.

Our panel will be discussing how to ensure your projects get the best possible start, including highlighting some of the pitfalls you’ll need to avoid. Crucially, our project managers will be discussing how they have achieved on site works in under 12 months.

Round 1 projects we’ve helped produced have included town centre regenerations, implementing active travel schemes that have been approved by Active Travel England and designing public realm spaces that are community centric.

Our head of communications and engagement, Stephanie Bortoli, will join the panel to talk about the importance of developing an engagement plan to get the most support from internal and external stakeholders and how to handle social media.

Given the importance of data to demonstrate your success we will also have our air quality lead and expert, Nick Ruxton-Boyle, on hand to discuss completion methods and how quickly these can be mobilised.
