Should you not be able to attend, please let us know as soon as possible and in advance of the event – if you can pass this on to a member of your team then please let us know who.

If not, we will pass on the place to other Local Authority delegates wishing to attend.

As I am sure you will be aware, no-shows limit attendance options for others, impact on catering waste and impact negatively on conference planning.

Landor LINKS will be monitoring the take-up of funded places on behalf of event partners and reserves the right to charge a post-event fee of £95 + VAT in the case of a no-show, for which you are liable under the booking terms and conditions.
