The DfT has published its priorities for the Transport Decarbonisation Plan, stating the current challenges and steps to be taken to ensure that the UK reaches net zero transport emissions by 2050. 

The delivery of these ambitious net zero transport targets is reliant upon empowering authorities with data, evidence and tools to develop evidence led future transport decarbonisation pathways for typologies of UK places.
