Is your car park ready for the electric vehicle revolution?

Free webinar: 16 July 2021 – 10.15-11.45am

The UK Government’s decision to end the sale of new petrol and diesel vehicles from 2030 will have a dramatic effect on how we drive. Electric vehicles are thus set to become the mainstream mode of road transport over the next decade.

Electric motoring will require the drivers to re-charge their vehicles at regular intervals before and during journeys. Drivers who do not have access to driveways, will rely on chargepoints at the kerbside, workplaces, venues, service forecourts and in car parks. This presents opportunities – and challenges – for both public and private parking operators, who are well positioned to become key providers of EV charging services.

Speakers include:

  • Alastair Cameron, Head of Partnerships & National Sales, National Car Parks
  • Simon Kendrew, Marketing Director, ENGIE EV
  • Gavin Manger, Head of Solutions, ZatPark
  • Craig Taylor, Strategic Parking Manager, Cornwall Council

This expert-led webinar will answer questions that parking operators are asking as they prepare for the accelerated adoption of electric vehicles.
