Independent bus operator Sullivan Buses has concluded a deal to sell its Kent operations to Griffin Travel, a company set up by the operator’s local management team. Sullivan acquired the business when it purchased Southlands Travel in 2005, and a number of Kent County Council contracts for local school and bus services will pass to Griffin at the end of this week.
