Lucy Harper has been appointed Director External Affairs and Stakeholder Relations at Arriva UK Bus. She previously spent two years as Head of Public Affairs at Lumo, before which she spent two years as Corporate Affairs Lead. Prior to that she was at the Rail Delivery Group for three years as Policy Manager.
