North Essex Parking Partnership links with NPED to target persistent evaders

The North Essex Parking Partnership (NEPP) is to implement the National Persistent Evader Database (NPED), a project that aims to take high-risk vehicles and repeat offenders off UK roads. 

The integration is being delivered through NEPP’s Chipside notice processing system.

NPED is an intelligence service that identifies vehicles with a history of unpaid penalty charge notices (PCNs) and other risk factors, such as being untaxed or lacking a valid MoT.
