A Surrey council is planning to spend £200,000 on maintenance works on a car park on Leatherhead town centre.
The Swan Centre multi-storey car park was built in 1982 and needs regular repair and maintenance.
Mole Valley Council's scrutiny committee will look at approving £95,500 for works at a meeting on Monday.
A final decision on the budget will be taken by the council's cabinet on 17 July.
