Northampton General Hospital is introducing a camera enforcement system in order to improve the parking experience it offers.
Automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) cameras will record when people enter the car parks and they will only need to pay at a machine when they leave. This means an end to the need to pay & display, which involves the predicting the period of stay.
