Warwick drops phone parking convenience charge

Warwick District Council is ending the levying of a surcharge for using the RingGo phone parking service in off-street car parks.

From 1 March the council will scrap the charge at 29 sites in a move that means motorists will pay the same whether they use the app, cash or card.
