The bus industry has written to local authority leaders in Wales to say that a recent funding announcement by the Welsh Government was “highly misleading”.
On 23 March, the Government issued a press release titled “Bus grants to keep Wales moving”, in which transport secretary Ken Skates announced £25m of Bus Services Support Grant to help support bus services and community transport in 2018/19.
