Bolton and Rochdale team up to contract parking enforcement services

Two councils in Greater Manchester have worked in partnership to hire parking enforcement services. Bolton Council and Rochdale Council adopted a joint procurement approach to select NSL as their contractor.

The company has delivered enforcement services in both towns for more than a decade, but the new five-year contract will be managed under one contract and include a number of new services when it starts in January 2017.
