The TAS Partnership has criticised pteg director Jonathan Bray, accusing him of making “playground comments” to the trade press about the consultant’s recent reports that warned about the dangers of bus franchising.
TAS has published two reports in recent weeks, one reviewing the performance of PTEs when they were in charge of bus networks in the 1970s/80s and the other estimating the costs of introducing franchising across England.
