Traffic volumes on the M6 Toll road in the West Midlands rose by more than 9% year-on-year in the first quarter of 2015, according to the road’s operator, Midland Expressway Ltd (MEL). Average workday traffic volumes in the three months January to March were 48,034 compared with 43,934 in the corresponding period of 2014, up 9.3%.
