Green London assembly member Darren Johnson says Boris Johnson is failing to honour spending pledges on cycling. Darren Johnson said the mayor’s planned spend of £107m on cycling in 2014/15 was £20m below the £127m the mayor pledged when launching his cycling vision last March. Furthermore, the Green assembly member said £38m of the 2014/15 proposed spend would be funding rolled over from 2013/14.
