The Transport Select Committee has had a lot of representations about the use or misuse of CCTV in parking infringements. Committee chair Louise Ellman MP told transport minister Norman Baker there are concerns that local authorities not following national guidelines or perhaps CCTV is not showing the full picture, such as when a vehicle could be loading or unloading.
