Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council is installing new pay & display parking machines across Stockton town centre.
The council is installing 34 solar-powered Metric Elites with chip & PIN. Eight of the Elites will be installed on Stockton High Street, where parking is being reintroduced as part of a redevelopment of the area.
The machines replace Metric Accents which are coming to the end of their life cycle.
