Marston acquires Rossendales in major bailiff deal

Marston has bought rival debt recovery firm Rossendales for an undisclosed sum. The sale follows additional funding for Marston’s parent company, Marston Holdings Ltd, from the Rothschild Group, Lloyds Bank and the mid-market private equity investor Inflexion.
