MSCP for centre of Cheltenham Development

Proposals for a mixed retail/housing development containing a 640-space multi-storey car park (MSCP) in the centre of Cheltenham have been approved.

The development, designed Ellis Williams Architects, consists of a new supermarket, MSCP and residential housing. The scheme would be built on the current 484-space North Place car park.
