New NSL management team appointed

NSL has appointed Project Centre’s managing director Mark Raisbeck as its strategic development director. The move is part of changes to chief executive Mark Underwood’s top management team at the parking specialist.

Raisbeck will remain managing director of highways and urban design consultancy Project Centre, which is owned by NSL. The consultant has recently completed moving from its central London offices to the west London headquarters of NSL.
