BUS BUILDER Darwen Group last week floated on the Alternative Investment Market in a move that it says will support its strategic progress and provide greater
visibility of value as it grows.
Darwen was created last year when it bought the business and assets of the long established East Lancs business. Since then it has acquired vehicle development firm Leyland Product Development and rumours are swirling around the industry that another high profile purchase is on the cards.
