ORR appoints three new non-executives

The UK Office of Rail Regulation (ORR) has appointed three new non-executive directors — Mark Fairbairn, Stephen Nelson and Ray O’Toole.

The appointments will run until until September 2015.

Mark Fairbairn has been at National Grid since 1998. From 2003 to 2007 he was chief operating officer UK distribution and since 2007, executive director gas distribution.
