Brian Dalton (Letters 11 Mar) and Peter Salter (Letters 8 Apr) have failed to grasp the points I was making in my letter in the 25 February issue, i.e. the hypocrisy of ignoring bad cyclists whilst criticising bad drivers, and the different way that the law treats drivers compared to cyclists in terms of causing death or injury due to dangerous or reckless behaviour. Vulnerable road users should behave as though they are vulnerable rather than behaving as though they are indestructible....
