EcoManager sees Arriva win driver safety prize

Fuel costs were slashed, and accidents were reduced by 62%

Arriva won a Company Driver Safety Award at the annual Fleet Safety Awards presented by the road safety charity Brake earlier this summer. The award is in recognition of the use of a new system that reduces accidents, costs and carbon.

The judges were impressed to hear that after installing 21st Century’s ‘EcoManager’ system to its North West fleet, Arriva saw a 62% reduction in accidents in the first year.
