BAA could retain ownership of Stansted, Edinburgh and Glasgow airports after the Competition Appeals Tribunal last week ruled in favour of the operator in its battle with the Competition Commission. The commission last year ordered BAA to sell Stansted and Edinburgh or Glasgow airports but BAA challenged the decision on the grounds of apparent bias.
