Sinclairs ousted from KML by owners Mission Capital

Emma Sinclair and her father Neil have been removed from the board of Mission Capital, the parent of parking management company Karspace Management (KML).

Sinclair, who launched Mission Capital in 2004 with Neil Sinclair, was ousted from the board after a disagreement about the £36m Athens joint development portfolio with property developer Chelsfield Partners. The dispute emerged when legal proceedings were launched against Emma and Neil Sinclair on 14 February.
