The Competition Commission has cleared Stagecoach’s purchase of two bus companies in Eastbourne.
The Perth-based group acquired council-owned Eastbourne Buses and local rival Cavendish Motor Services earlier this and the the Office of Fair Trading made the decision to refer the purchases to the Competition Commission in May.
