Kent County Council is part-funding the installation of new electronic ticket machines (ETMs) that will provide real-time information to bus stop displays.
The council says the system offers an “innovative and cost effective” approach to real-time information provision that removes the need for “costly and often unreliable third-party real-time information systems and associated on-bus infrastructure”.
