CPT is on the wrong track by rejecting OFT investigation

As a member company of the Confederation of Passenger Transport and the former vice chairman CPT for the Welsh region, I am saddened by the view of the CPT chief executive Simon Posner as he reflects and comments on the market study into the local bus services market (Transit March 6).
